The highly trained paramedic should have seen that his involvement was only making things worse. He should have taken the ambulance himself or called for another one. He turned the whole thing into a ******* match. In fact he was so effective at creating the match the troopers completely forgot about the driver. As you stated the time to correct the problem was after the patient was transported but that applies to both the cop and paramedic.
