What is a VC? Also sounded like the guy wasn't the best at shifting gears :-laf .

A VC is an early WWII (or pre-WWII) Dodge 1/2-ton 4x4. The more common trucks built from '41-'45 got WC designations.

Don you're right and I made the mistake. You can tell the truck in video is a WC by the flat square hood. The VC's had the rounded narrow Dodge hood from the 30's

I'm not too much into that old of dodges, but the video did bring a smile to my face. Thanks for sharing. Gotta come to the Power Wagon days here in Fairfield Ia in the early summer. You'd see LOTS of old wagons.

fond memories

wow does that bring back some very fond memories... oh man... double clutching... top speed of about 45 mph... reminds me of my Dad's '52 Willys M-38 Jeep - he and I restored it back in... geeze, 1975... . I gotta watch that again. Thanks DieselBuzz - I needed that.
