What's a fair price for central air

Guys,

Who in the northeast has an EZ-Pass, and what did you tell them your truck weighs? My 2500 comes in at 6,934lb and there's a 7,000lb weight restriction. Shall we say, if I actually sit in the truck, I'm just a tad over? Anyone out there with Connecticut Combination plates--New York seems to think these are commercial plates--is this a roadblock to having an EZ-Pass?

While we're on it, am I violating any weight restrictions driving on NY Parkways? I found out the hard way that NY had some rather odd restrictions for pickup trucks which they have since simplified, but now I have a much bigger truck. Anyone know the score on this?

Thanks,

Matt

EZ Pass

On the PA Turnpike, I inquired about it with the attendent. He said not to bother with it because I weigh over 7,000 lbs empty with me and the tool box. Yes, my ticket comes out the top. If you get off with a curb weight over 7000 it will cause problems with the billing. I prefer to slam on my breaks when I drive over the scale.

That was fun when I use to do that with my old 10 ton dump. They said that I would weigh anywhere from 30,000 to 90,000 depending on how hard I hit the scale and how loaded I was. Almost riped the scale out of the ground one time. The attendents did not like that and would make me run over the scale again.

So for me, EZ Pass will not work, but the PA turnpike has it.
