I Had a Circus worker that drove his 15 CTD with the wif light on all the way from New Mexico to So Cal towing equiptment.Lack of power complaint.Drained the filter and some very nasty fuel.Replaced the filters only cause he needed the truck to work,brought it back the next day to drop the tank.At least an inch of water in the tank-the filters did their job.No apparent damage.Very impressive filters

Wow. How does that happen? I can see a little water from condensation maybe. How does so much accumulate?

Very true, and that was the case at one of our garages (we do our own ~20% bio). In some fleets, carelessness or worse can be the case. I'll be posting a video clip showing the true cause of the ill running machine. Stay tuned.
