Well......The Radio Flyer turned over 100,000 miles, 152 idle hours, and 1,863 drive hours yesterday. I am now my OWN warranty station. :D

Still very pleased with the overall quality of the truck----although the water pump let me down on June 15th, 2015 at 94,914 miles.

I hope the next 100k proves to be this problem-free.

I have four new Bilstein 4600 shocks for the truck that got installed this evening as well.

I'm fast approaching yet another drain & fill on the AS69RC.

The transfer case will be getting a drain & fill soon as well. That BW44-44 fluid is stupidly priced, however. Looks like the part number is 68089195AA....lists for $27.70/quart and have seen it online as low as $19.15 per quart (requires 3 pints....so I'll need two quarts).

It would have been.....had the dealer in Huntsville, AL had one in stock. #@$%! I have a well constructed letter in the making, along with all receipts, for reimbursement. I guess we'll see how that goes.

For me, it was 7 days a week most of the time at about 36k miles a year. It is not as hard as you might think. To do it in 2 years... I don't think I could sit long enough to pull it off in ~ 2 years!

The transfer case takes 3.8 pints, iirc. I used almost 2 quarts when I changed mine recently.
Did you have any trouble sourcing the BW 44-44 (68089195AA) fluid??? I've called three dealers near me......and none stock it. Kinda crazy how a "service" department can recommend certain mileage based services.....but the "parts" departments carry none of this high $$$ fluid near me. :-{}

Probably at least twice.....Since my truck has the Protection Group on it, I could never easily access it without dropping the transfer case skid plate. I dropped the skid plate once for simply greasing it, then I greased it recently when I dropped the skid plate to do the transmission sump filter replacement on the Aisin.

Just curious, why so many idle hours? Letting the turbo cool down ?
That's very little idle hours. Unless someone can substantiate differently, idle time is calculated when speedometer = 0.

There's a glitch in most of the 2013's.....my '13 only showed 2 idle hours, 832 drive hours, and 41,754 miles when I sold it.

Yeah I was surprised it wasn't clocking idle hours accurately. Several times I left it idling while I ran into a restaurant to get take out while the wife & dog stayed truckside. It finally clocked an hour after they did the recall on the filter housing O ring/ fuel heater. I think they idled it awhile to check for leaks

On Thursday, I picked up a new Featherlite 3 horse slant horse trailer with living quarters in Athens, OH. I delivered to the customer in Southport, NC later Thursday night.

On my way to Southport, NC, I passed through Fort Bragg, NC.
The Radio Flyer hit the 150,000 mile mark. #ad

No runs---no drips---no errors. #ad
I have right at 94,757 verifiable miles of towing also.
Just last Saturday, I changed the oil, oil filter, both fuel filters, and the air filter.

I re-fueled in Supply, NC after delivering the horse trailer.
582 miles later, it was time for more fuel. #ad

Driving on some 55 mph and 60 mph speed limited roads, and even some heavy down pours (ran a little slower), coupled with heavy traffic in Columbia, SC and Asheville, NC, with an average MPH of 56.5, I attained a hand calculated 19.169 MPG.
On a sidenote....I attained 13.574 MPG towing the 8,200 lb. horse trailer, even while spending a decent amount of miles on I-77.

I'm still extremely pleased with the overall quality & performance of this truck.....even 150,726 miles later.
