4bt front sump

Scout is at stage 5!!!! (of Roth's engine conversion stages)

she's pumping fuel out of the overflow from the injectors faster than I can mop it up. After working on this repower since January I got it far enough along to give it a start. After a few cranks it fired it with out having to bleed the injectors! Well they did warranty the engine to run and it does so guess I can't complain too much. And that sweet sound it makes coming from the 3 inch exhaust with out a muffler, I'm in heaven. And it smells good too.

So whats it going to take to fix this leak, have the injectors rebuilt?

return line?

Well I have a return line left over from the SD33T but I don't know that there is a hook up for a return line for the 4BT with the VE pump. Is there?

Duh!

I've had my 92 for 10 years now and have been the one to change the fuel filter most of the time and I had never seen the return line till I looked at it this morning! Duh! Guess I do have a use for the fuel return line in the Scout after all.
