The Ultimate Truck

Well guys the wife is tired of hearing me talk about my truck, so I figured I would discuss my future plans with the TDR crowd and see what else they can come up with. Ultimately I would like to put an inline pump on my Cummins, change the timing, add a set of marine injectors, 16 cm housing, Banks intercooler, guages, etc. Basically bomb the engine. As for the truck, I would like to install a NV 5600 HD 6 speed transmission with a heavy duty clutch. I also would like to add 1 ton springs to the rear, put a bush guard and winch on the front, and add the 19. 5" wheels. Maybe even go as far as adding airlick differentials. In the cab I would like to remove the bench seat and add bucket seats on an air ride suspension and add six disc CD changer. Any more ideas? I am planning to use the truck on the farm for pulling a gooseneck with hay, livestock, equipment, etc.

I second that motion! Hey, what's the deal with you having such cool ideas and living so close? Dang, we need to get together! Wayne said you all met, we are planning a small get together in Indy on the 4th, can you make it? I'd be more than willing to help with the mods.

A get together sounds good. I will check with Wayne to see about bumming along. Wirenut, I forgot to mention that a Banks 3. 5" exhaust is on a UPS truck heading north as I type. I am going to set the muffler on the shelf and put in a section of straight pipe. Has anyone put on stacks outside of the bed? I was thinking on the passenger side right where the bed and the cab meet.
