There is a winning/whistling sound in the exhaust break

I have a 08 dodge 3500 4x4 mega cab 6.7. there is a winning/whistling sound when the exhaust break engages. I have been monitoring EBP, the sound starts at (27psi EBP) and stops below 27psi EBP. Is there something I can address or am i looking at a new turbo?

Normal! Happens when you force a lot of exhaust through a small hole.

They do whistle, but if this is a new or increased sound it could be an exhaust leak in the manifold to head or manifold to turbo gasket.

That's what mine did. I had blown out to different gaskets.
I put a BD two piece on and haven't had any other problems.
