Archived thermostat

94 dodge 2500 series cummins- Replacing the thermostat and the o-rings on the new thermostat aren't the same as the stock. It came with a blue line up (not a gasket) Part No. to new thermostat is 3802968. Is this the right thermostat? Does anyone know?
