these wires go where?

Hi Fellas

I have just replaced the 727 auto in my 90 W250 for the 2nd time in two years and I was under it tonight checking my band adjustmens and I noticed a wire harness with a blue wire and a orange wire with a green stipe and it was not connected to anything. Is there a place that it is sussposed to plug into or is it for something that my truck is not equipped with?

If I am thinking along about the right wires. Those are the ones that controls my OD on my 92' with the A518 in it. Bill

Thanks Bill,

I was wondering if thats what they were for also but my truck was built about one and a half years before the OD came out. Could it have been wired for the OD that far in advance? and where where would the other end of those wires go as I do not have a OD switch on my dash.
