I tried searching but no luck, so here it goes... What does ETH stand for. I believe that refers to the HO version of the ISB, but I'm wondering what that stands for.

Your correct, its the "order code" for the High OutPut Option. Thats why you see ETH/DEE thats the HO w/ 6 speed order code.
