I Just Saw A DC Commercial for its Five Star Dealers!

What a Joke!.

The Commercial showed a Dealership Having all of its DC Advertising Stuff being removed from the Building, Because the Dealership was'nt living up to the "Five Star Rating".

I wish this would happen to HADDAD DODGE IN Bakersfield Ca!.

But It Wont, Its Just another DC Ploy to Get Your Money!

I really think the DC Managment is trying. It may seam like a pain in the A$$ when everything on your diesel has to be aproved through "STAR" but its there way of getting them fixed, or at least "trying" to get them fixed.

STAR is a central place, where I think they have master machanics, that the dealers call to get repairs approved on your Diesel.

I called my dealer and told him I have a Bad lift pump, "its at 0lbs when you leave a stop sign" , they still made me come in, the tech checked the pressure, then called STAR who approved the replacment of the pump. Then they had to order it. It will be installed this thursday. (and yes, The replacment is a revision "C" pump)
