From everything I have been told the new truck will be a 2019.

It will have the same 6.7 but ALL the emissions will be downstream of the engine.

After owning my 15 with rear air I am not sure what I would change if anything other then being able to go back to Alt Ride Ht at anytime.

2019 will be Cummins 100 year anniversary and RAM/Cummins 30 year anniversary.
