things to look out for on 05 2wd

What things do I need to look out for on a 2wd 05?



Do the 05's have the same U-joint problems the 03's had?



I want to get all my warranty work in as few trips as possible

I had an 05 2wd for 33,052 miles and had zero problems... I kinda miss that truck, the additional mileage my 2wd got over my 4x4 was nice.

Other than cracked clearance lights, which I see you have a 3/4 ton (no worries).



The only thing I have had problems with was a erroneous P0191 code (common rail pressure sensor perf) and a leaky shift tower on the 5600 which took two attempts to reseal.



Other than that it's spooky how trouble free this beast has been

a arm to steering knuckle clearance on all 2wd models. "no fix at this time" is what i get, but 9 out of ten rub. just look for the paintless spot on the lower a arm.
