Think I have a POS

Went to pick up truck with 2 new u joints to cure launch shudder but will not start. New Starter will be in tomorrow $795. 00. Truck has 115,000km & since 85,000 has new lift pump, new inj pump, rebuilt rear end, will need ball joints before year end. Glad it isn't a Furd but thinking the next one will be a Kenny T300

Did you get any reasons to explain why the injector or lift pump went bad? I see your in Edmonton, do you leave the truck outside? How big of a 5th wheel do you pull?

Coasty, There are no reasons, the damn lift pumps just quit when & if they feel like it. Lots of them are replaced here. There is some speculation that our Canadian fuel is to blame but I have used fuel treatment since day 1. Polar power in the winter & Howes in the summer & change the fuel filter every 20,000km. Once the lift pump weakens it then affects the inj pump. DC knows there is a problem they just don't give a rats patooty, same as gen 2
