I am thinking about adding a TST box, what should I expect from this. I know I will get more power and torque. My truck is bone stock, except for the scotty air and a 4 exhaust. I have a preturbo pryo and a boost gauge. I am curious is this going to smoke any (which would be a good thing). Also would it be better to go with the guage package and place this pyro post turbo? Thanks

The TST box can provide a lot of power and torque. Nice thing about it is the adjustability, all you need is a little self control to keep from smoking your clutch. The two gauges you have will be sufficient to keep track of what's going on but you may want to look into opening up the intake a bit. Cutting some holes in the bottom of the airbox is a start. As for smoke, you'll get some but only on the high levels under full power, don't expect the freight train thing.

The power levels that make the black smoke *will* slip the clutch, no questions about it. They also get hot fast and are very hard on the turbo. Lots of power for future upgrading.

same thoughts here... Mine only smokes when I get stupid on it... And you can tell it is hard on that stock turbo...

I leave mine on 5/4 for daily driving... Seems smooth and boost maxes out at 30lbs

nice, very nice...

Once I get the EZ, i will back down the HP number to like 4 i think

Thanks guys for the input, I just like a little more zip out of it. I already get stupid with the exhaust, especially in downtown areas. Makes a good echo of the buildings. I never really thought it was too loud until the dealer had it. Getting some stuff done to it and brought it back to my house. I heard this loud roar coming down the road, and I thought what the hell is that coming down the road. Till I saw that it was my truck. . sswwweeettt it was. So far it has been the best money spent on it, unless you count the day I sold that nasty bowtie for a it.
