Done several of these tests on mine and this is one of the better testing sites. I thought I had a decent firewall this time... . I was highly disappointed.

Mine came back clean on both firewall tests.



I use a NAT based router and Zone Alarm software fire wall.

it wouldn't do the test for me cause it says i have a proxy server or something like that. i don't know, but i use zone alarm and it seems to work well.

Zone Alarm Users...

I run Zone Alarm Pro and the test says port 5000 is open. Anyone know a simple fix. All of my security setting are at their highest.

If you have Windows XP based system port 5000 is used by Universal plug and play program. Turn the service off. If you don't know how post back and we can walk you threw it.

Thanks for the link DHayden. I had been told that when I got my cable modem that it had a firewall built in. I just tested it with your link and it's working
