Well this was the easyist and most satifiying swap i've ever done its all bolt in every one should have one, why the factory never built one i'll never know 90 ramcharger, 92 td doner 250, banks,suncoast, = way cool ... .

1/2ton,:-laf the 12v and trannybolted rite to the np241 they should hold if i don't beat it to hard

Son's is very similar, but, we went a bit further with the mods.



90 r/c originally from Iowa. (no a/c)

matched dana 60's w/discs

NP4500

South Bend single disc good up to 800lbft

NP205

'92 6bt

intercooler/radiator/AC condenser from a '96

had to get a dash from a truck that had A/C (needed vents, you know)

Since dash had to come out anyway, going w/total new instrument cluster.



That's all that's keeping 'er off the road right now. Waiting for a nicely-matched set of guages so the dashboard guy can construct the new cluster.



During the few weeks we had it at "functional, but could be nicer", it was quite a solid, reasonably quick rig.

We like your conversion, you did a very nice job. Did you bump the timing? It smooths out the engine about 60 and it gets a little better mileage. It is not a power thing but it does give the motor some pep. We like your dog too.
