Well got the truck back from the dealer last night and had to put it thru its paces. It was dumpin rain last night so after 30 miles of continous 75 mph I turned on the box to have some fun. Wife in the passenger seat I dropped the hammer at the light next to a kid in 1995 or so Mustang GT. Once I got a little traction it was all over, I was spinnin thru ALL the forward gears at every shift!!!! For fun @ 60 mph I throttled it, that was a little freaky!!! back tires broke loose and she got sideways a little!!! The face on that kid driving the Mustang was priceless!!! Course the wife gave me an earful about the whole "experience" she had just gained so I crawled back in the dog house. :D

Hay j, I don't intentionally do this kind of stuff anymore, but now know I need to re-learn the horse I'ma riding after every mod. Leaving a "J" driveway after stopping for lunch one evening, sat and waited for an opening quite awhile. When a little one came I figured I'd just scoot out the driveway and turn left to head back to the Interstate exchange. Stomped on that puppy like I used to before adding the Edge card, made my left turn and woe and behold, them rears were a spinning and liked to come all the way around on me. Got out of it affore I did a doughnut right in front of on coming tractor trailer on the other side. Then I noticed, streets were wet, musta rained some while I had lunch. Glad I didn't have a load on or mighta come around and kissed my own trailer. That was a thrill I can live without.

Tow Safe,

Steve J.
