This weekend's plans:

1. Change Oil and filter

2. Change Fuel Filter

3. Install new lift pump (old one leaking)

4. Install EGT (Pre-Turbo)

5. Install Boost Gage

6. Install Oil Pressure Gage

7. Adjust Valves and Install new OEM Valve Cover Gaskets





Turkey day: Install the new Bilstiens on my Dads 2nd Gen CTD

No truck mods for me... . the Jeep has taken all my money.



I'll be swapping axles - getting rid of the Dana 35 and low pinion Dana 30 and installing a D44 and high pinion D30. I regeared them (4. 88s) and installed Detroits a couple weeks ago.



And you thought our trucks were expensive... ... :--)

I'm tired of the bent rear step bumper on my truck. I'm going to hunt for a styled chrome bumper from a Ramcharger and give the back end of my rig a facelift. Will probably have to weld some brackets, and I'll loose the "step" function, but I think it will give it a sportier look. Sporty is good.

Thanksgiving day I will hopefully sell the wife's gas Jetta... that will allow her to register the diesel Jetta.

Friday I told my son I'd work for him for the day... .

He'll hopefully send me home early!!!!Oo.

Saturday evening a big party at my house... the boating club I run.

Sunday... . clean up and chores.

Thursday am - Pheasant hunting with my Chessie Complete - 2 roosters in the cooler

Thursday pm - Gorging myself on dead turkey and pig Done :{

Friday am- Change transmission fluid, adjust bands, increase line pressures, replace accumulator pistong and install new transmission pan Might change this to pheasant hunting again to walk off some of this food. I don't want to get stuck under the truck.

Friday pm - famiily play time Oo.

Saturday am - Either finish Friday's work or go duck hunting if already done. (I hope I'm finished)

SAturday pm - family play time Oo.

Sunday - family play time Oo.
