One of my younger brothers ran an off campus conservative news paper while going to college. He and the paper were for the right to bare arms (guns). His next door neighbor profusely objected to auto/semi automatic weapons. Someone went on a killing spree knocking off college students one year.



His neighbor went out and bought a 9mm, he asked her why she bought an semi- automatic weapon. She stated that she needed protection. He had a small gauge pump shotgun he left with his wife and my Dad went and stayed with them for a while since he would work on the paper at night.
