[777 MECHANIC]

A while back someone made a set up to pressure check their turbo lines and boots. Anyone remember this thread.

I think I might have a leak. Since the search engine isnt up anyones help would be appreciated.

I'm going to do pre and post turbo boost gauges, that is the closest thing I've heard of a pressure checker.

Someone posted a while back about a home-built pressure-checker.



It involved two caps with clamps, one at the turbo inlet hose, and one at the intake inlet hose.

One solid, one with a air tool nipple to pressurize the system.



I ALSO remember that post stating that the one of the caps blew out while testing..... requiring an emergency trip to the dentist to repair a cracked tooth.
