thread size for Dodge floor shifts?

Hi Guy's. Does anyone know the thread sizes for Dodge's floor shifters? For example, my '92, 1st. gen. shifter pattern is 10mm x 1. 50 threads. I assume that all 1st. gens. are the same, but what about the 2 nd, & 3rd. gens, etc. I made a custom gear shift knob out of exotic wood that is getting a lot of attention, and a friend of mine wants me to make one for her daughter's birthday present. She doesn't want to tip her daughter off by asking her, and the truck is in Nevada. Specifically it is a 2005 Dogge, four wheeler. Is the transfer case knob the same pattern, probable so? Any help would be appreciated. I hope this is in the appropiate forum, and that the question is in keeping w/ the spirit of this site. Thanks



1992 Dodge, two wheel drive, stock except fpr a Pac Brake, and new paint. 192,000 miles and still going strong.

According to Genos they are all the same size.
