Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) Throttel position sensor

Is there any way to repair a 2002 throttel position sensor. I hate to choak up $550. 00!!

T P S Replacment

$165 bucks vs $550 makes the choice for you - Did mine a couple of mos ago and fixed the problem (dead pedal) There is some question about the voltage reading after it is installed. I called the vendor and took his advice.

If i remember correctly, we were supposed to adjust to . 5 volts and only could get no lower than . 8 volts. The only difference that i could notice was a slight difference in pedal travel from idle to increased speed.

Try the vendor the above post suggested - ya wont go wrong
