Throttle control light DPF delete

I have a 2009 cummins 2500 with a DPF delete and smarty JR. My Electronic Throttle control light keeps coming on. Any ideas as to what it might be causing this?

Have you unplugged your egr? And removed the butterfly valve?

My EGR actuater is pluggged in and zip tied out of the way.

Load test your batteries and check all grounds including ECM ground.

batteries are good. Is there a TSP in reference to this?

My truck is not deleted, but had the throttle icon coming on. I thought my batteries were good. A load test found one bad battery. Replacing the batteries and making sure gronds were tight resolved the issue. I think the service manual has a diagnostic procedure for this issue.

I have found that the pass side batt terminal will be loose when the vehicle is at running temp... .
