Engine/Transmission (1994 - 1998) throttle lock ?

has any body did the throttle lock on there 12 valve. i live up here in cold country and it would be nice to have fast idle. dont want it to interfere with cruise while on the road. tnx denny!

Piece of an old broom handle wedged in-between the seat and pedal works for me. If you have a power seat adjustment is a breeze.

tnx bill, thats what we did in the big trucks way back when , now fast idle works off the cruise control on newer trucks. denny!
