Attention: TDR Forum Junkies I must say that Genos is by far the best in customer service out of anyone I have ever dealt with. They care about what you want to buy and make sure that you are asking for the right item for your application. I recently bought a Gauge set from them and I got the Autometer Ultra Lite Boost and Pyrometer from them. At the time of the order they were back ordered. When they came in, I got a phone call asking whether or not I wanted a certain Pyrometer gauge and probe for my truck and what the differences would mean. This was left on my voicemail! First of all if you were to order it through either Summit or Jeg's, yeah, you might get what you're asking for and maybe they might call you back. But they'll just say, call us regarding your order. I am about to resign from a management level position in the customer focused retail industry to work in the Diesel industry. I know what the customer likes to hear. Genos customer service is top notch and that is what will keep me ordering part after part from them each time I see something new that I like. Oh and also, the little instructions that they give you with the products really have the first time do it yourselfer in mind. It makes the job so much easier to do for the novice.
