Has anyone with a 2000-2002 truck run a thuren track bar with no lift? Don's site says that the 2000-2002 trucks had the axle rotated more than previous years and may have a clearance problem.

I am considering removing my D25 coils and putting the stock springs in and I'm worried that my track bar will hit the front diff. I know that a few people have had this problem but I don't know if it fits some but not all???

Otherwise, I'll have to get a 3rd gen bar or keep the D25 coils on the truck.

Thanks,

Jason

I'll be able to tell you by next week (11/12 Oct), am having a thuren installed along with new Balljoints, and Bilsteins. I had a lukes link installed on the stock track bar that did rub, so I am somewhat concerned.

JJ,

Thanks and I would like to hear how it works out.

I have run this bar for about 30k miles and it is still tight. I ran for a while with some heavy 315's and it has done a great job.

Keep me posted.

WOW

I received the Thuren track bar yesterday, if the quality of customer service and manufacturing is an indicator, I expect Zero problems.

I've got one on my truck right now with just a 2" spacer and it is doing just fine. MUCH tighter than the original. And it seems to have plenty of space around the differential housing.

After two days and maybe 40 miles, I can see no signs of contact between the TB and the diff. If anyone in the Vegas area is looking for a good frame shop consider Arrow alignment. Driving is fun again!
