Tie rod end torque specs... question

I'm getting ready to do my KORE/Chase install.

In the Dodge manual, I'm getting two specs. One says tie rod end nut 55 ft. lbs.

The other says tie rod end knuckle 40 ft. lbs then additional 90degrees...

Am I getting the two confused (inner/outer) ?

Help please...
