Engine/Transmission (1994 - 1998) Timing correct plunger lift??

I just want to double check that I have the plunger lift spec. I have a 1997 12 valve automatic 180 hp CPL 2174 everything is stock the stock timing is

14* so the correct plunger lift would be 4. 5mm Is this right??? If I go to 15* 4. 7mm plunger lift I should be safe right??? Thanks Ed
