Engine/Transmission (1994 - 1998) timing help around joliet il?

is there anyone in the chicagoland area that i can pay to set the timing on my truck? 96 ram 2500. i am going to set the valves, replace the injectors and kill the kdp. but i dont have the tools to set timing. i am 50 miles south of chicago just off I55.

Your a little way from central kentucky, but i have the timing tools you can use if you already know how to do it.
