TIPM and Trailer Wiring - Which TDR magazine

Does anyone remember what issue the article of the TIPM and trailer wiring was in? I was wanting to read the article and also pass it onto a fellow TDR member that was unaware of this issue of trailer wiring problems which causes the TIPM to send codes and failing. Any help appreciated on the article wherabouts.
