TIPM not programming

I just tried and failed to program my TIPM. I wanted to do 3 things; unlock all doors when one door is unlocked, delete horn chirp when locking with the key, and to unlock all doors with first push of remote. I'm on my third TIPM (1st one crapped out, second warrantied but was fine, turned out to be another electrical problem) sothis is the most recent part. I tried the procedure for each function above, as instructed in the owner's manual, multiple times and can't get it to do anything. I did all of these with the original TIPM without issue. What am I missing?

take it into your dealer with the receipt and tell them you are not able to program using the owners manual procedures. Ask them if they can program it (for free) with the scan tool after they verify you're doing it correctly. Sometimes they (TIPM) just get stupid.

Funny thing, it quit doing the light flash with locking or unlocking using the remote. I actually want it to do that.

When doing some programming with the scan tool, the TIPM has to go completely asleep before the programming takes affect. That may have happened after you quit messing with it.
