hey all, I'm thinking about building a tire carrier for the rear of the truck attached to my buckstop rear bumper, below are the initial shot at designing it out, let me hear comments/feedback. I'm designing it to support a 37" tire.

Looks interesting. Post some pics when you are done. Just make sure your pivot points are strong. Look in to using trailer axle spindle/bearing assemblies to cantilever the mount on. Very strong, and they wont squeak, sag, or become hard to move.
