2nd Gen Non-Engine/Transmission Tire choices?

Okay guys I may be beating a dead horse and I have checked the archives but I need to ask. Should I find a good winter tire for my 4X4 "00" duallie in the 19. 5 alcoas that I normally run or should I swap out with my stock 16s that I have held on to? Anybody that has had this dilemma and made a choice right or wrong I would greatly appreciate. Chances are I won't be towing at all with this setup this winter whichever way I go. I would just like SOME traction this winter.

My $. 02 would be to find cheap snows for the 16's, rather than spend an arm and a leg on winters for the 19. 5's, if anyone even makes them. I'm thinking it would be much cheaper. However, maybe put a bunch of weight in the back and see how long you can go on the 19. 5's that are already on it.
