tire size question

I have 245 75 r 16 uniroyal tires right know they are about gone i want to step up to a taller tire but i do dont want to change rims(they are stock) what size would you recommend i go with?



Will 255/85r/16 fit my stock rims without rubbing?

Yes they will fit on your stock rims and not rub,i just installed 255/85/16 dunlap mud rovers on my 98 dually with the stock 6inch wide steel wheels. Hope this helps

I mounted a BFG 255/85/16 on 16x8 Ealge Alloy wheels. Nice and square, no center bulges from beads being pinched too close together. I have them posted in the classified section for sale. Selling because I am headed for a new 3500 6 spd.
