The other day I had the truck up in the air on the jack, just looking things over. I checked the tire wobble, grabbed the top and bottom and tried wiggling them to check the bearrings. I got some wiggle out of them. My question is, how much wiggle is exceptable if any? The front tires seem to be looser then the back.

I would say if the tires are wearing evenly and you don't have a vibration, don't worry about it.

Specification says 0. 060" movement for the upper and 0. 092" movement for the lower requires replacement.

At about 190K miles, I noticed that my front tires were cupping across the tread quite severly (all the way across). I also noticed a muted rumbling out of the fronts that got progressively worse. We also noticed some wobble while the truck was on the rack. Replaced both front hub assemblies (wheel bearings) and now all is well. Put the cupped tires on the back and the LSD smoothed them out in about 2 weeks.
