Tim's on a Soapbox C'mon!

have you ever caught a cat in your fan?

I have a 99 4x4 long bed with factory wheels. I was thinking of getting some 235 X R16 Tires. I am sure that 245 R 16 are on there now. Will the 235 be ok on the factory wheels??Thanks. . RD.

Tires and Wheels reply

I found some at Sam's Michelins for about $120. 00 ea and they are taller than my 245's so figured they'd last longer. etc ... What do you think???RD

Well I had 235's on my '93 Cummins and got 70,000 out of the front. The 245's on my 98 run about 60,000 but its about a thousand pounds heavier.

I just put 2 michelin 245's on from Costco, $137 mounted and balanced. Then I had Walmart warranty a michelin 245 last week and their price was $140 mounted and balanced. The tire had 25,000 on it and bless them, they didn't charge me a cent.

I don't rotate my tires.
