I am looking for a more agressive all terrain tire I looked at the Good Year Wrangler ATS for my dually but the load range they had was a c range I need a d or better I just want to get rid of the Generals that came on the truck from the factory the really stink in the rain and snow and  anyones suggestion would be appreciated Thanks Matt 2004. 5 QC dually Laramie 4X4

I'm also looking.

Trying to decide between BFG 285/70/17 AT or the cheaper ProComp 33/12. 5/17. They are both the same diameter, but the Pro's are about an inch wider.

The only real reason I am considering the ProComp is the 50,000 mile tread warranty and they are about $200 a set (4) cheaper.

I'm curious do you have the optional OWL generals?. I forget which ones I have (my truck isn't near by) but my 05 came with them and these things work really well!!. Over the holidays I made a trip to Wa st from so Ca through Shasta and the siskyou (spelling) mts lots of rain ice and snow, and the dam things worked really well. There was a thread on here where a member had mentioned the availability of the Michelin 235/80-17E in May 05 that will be my next tire.

Mac

I'd suggest the MasterCraft Courser C/T to anyone.

1)direct replacement for your dually

2)load range E

3)plenty aggressive enough for most applications

4)should wear better than a true mudder

5)rides nice

6)$170/tire mounted and balanced
