I thought that I'll pitch in with the shortage of posts. Sorry old school if this should go in the product forum.

I just bought 6 new Michelin 215/85 MTX M/S Load Range E tires today for $133 each. Not bad of a price, however six of them add up! Boy do they sure look good though. I haven't got them on the truck yet (tomorrow morning after I wash them up I'll put them on) but I'm sure that they will ride better then those old Goodyear A/T.
Now I've spent enough money for a little while. I still need to order my 16cm housing. I need to do that tomorrow also. I seem to have this disease in that I just can't stop spending money on new toys for my awsome truck!!!

Chris, Michelin is a good choice for a tire. They are bit pricey, but they sure an excellent tire. Have been using them on my vehicles from the early 1970's. Sometimes it is possible if you look around long enough to pick up what are called "blemish" tires at a real good price. I bought a set for our car and the only thing wrong was a slight scuff on one of the whitewalls, other than that they have the same guarantee but were considerably cheaper.

Cheers,
Al
