Titan labs oil analysis???

Finally did the oil analysis. All came back good, except it says "trace amounts of water are normal"... . whatever.

My gripe is, they do not give you actual numbers. ??

It's been a while, but when I was an owner operator, it came back with a % or PPM. A number!!

Tried to e mail them (to see if they had the numbers) but the mail keeps coming back as undeliverable.

Will call tomorrow.

Are all analysis's (sp?) like this? I'm happy with the results, but this is not what I was expecting.

I agree - that's why I left Titan - they switched from actual numbers to an ABC system. Since I have been doing analysis from day 1 I wanted to continue to receive real #s. I now use a sampler from Geno's or Oil ASnalyzers (1-715-395-0222)
