Titan Tank Service Rocks!!

I am so glad to inform you all about the company that makes the TITAN TANK. After talking with Titan tanks in Idaho I was told that the actual company that makes the tank would be giving me a call. I waited for approx five minutes and then i picked up the phone and it was a gentleman from the manufacturer. I told them what i was missing and he told me it is on its way and i should expect it by monday or tuesday. What i am getting is the o-ring gasket, the vent bung next to the filler neck, a allen bolt with the lock washer and the 3/4 x 1/2 x 1/2 tee. I did not know any company did this. I am glad that this tank is made in the U. S. A. !!

Consider yourself charmed. I never got them to return phone calls, return email, send smoke signals or Indian mind-control chants.

I will never do business with them again.

Let us know if they really send you the missing parts.

Titan

The actual company that makes the tank is is Oregon. I believe it is on the coast somewhere. I will be very surprised if and when I get the parts by Tuesday.

What did you do about all the dirt that was in the tank?

I bought a package of lint free rags from home depot and i am going to wipe the tank out with those. That is what the manufacturer told me to use.
