Titanium 5er with Generator

Somewhere I saw a thread or an article or something talking about mounting two eu200i parallel generators in the truck bed ahead of the hitch and a mod to the shore power to bring the generator connector out of the trailer near the pin box. I have done a search on a couple of different forums and cannot locate any such item. So, if anyone knows what I am talking about I would appreciate a link or some directions to it. Or better yet, if anyone knows what I am talking about and can give me some ideas, that would be good also.

I realize there would be some wiring changes to be done in the 5er; transfer switch etc but it would be nice to be able to leave the gens in the truck and still have 120ac without having to drag out the shore power cable etc for those quick overnights or better yet, start the gens and the AC while driving down the road so the unit is cool when we stop for lunch!

Yes you can run two EU2000's in parallel. Honda makes a pricy box that will hook both together to get 4000wt. For the application you have in mind I would consider getting a EU3000 with a remote start/shutoff. That way you wouldnt have to stop to manually start the two gens. Just a thought.
