2nd Gen Non-Engine/Transmission TM5900-ISB High Idler

Sadly, my DSG high idler I've had in service for the last 8ish years has quit working. I think I've narrowed the problem down to the control box.

Does anyone know the correct wire termination for the rheostat? I took it apart quite a while ago to troubleshoot, and didn't take any notes on the wiring...the rheostat ohms out perfectly.

How about a replacement? Does anyone make something similar for a second gen 24 valve? I'm seeing my style is a little dated in the aftermarket accessory world...(2nd gen). Looking at DSG web sites brings me little hope.

Did you check your brake switch?

Yep...14 volts on the wire heading into the black box when pushing the brake pedal.

Thanks for the idea, it acts just like that wire is hot all the time...doesnt even bump the throttle.
