To drain fuel or not

Fuel in a 19995 Stock 2500 is two years old. Last year i added about 2/3rds bottle of "Howes Lubricator Diesel Treat diesel conditioner & Anti-Gel" fuel treatment -started truck and let it run until warm air came out the heater. This year should should i drain old fuel before i start driving this truck again???
