Archived to much smoke

newbie here Howdy folks

engine will run but will only take 1/4 to 1/3 throttle anything more it power dies off and starts smoking heavily. Did this once before and after messin with governor lever and ??? ran great for a few weeks now doing the same thing seems like over fueling.

Check the clamps and hoses for the intercooler. Too much smoke can be too much fuel or not enough air.
