Possibly for sale 02' 3/4 ton 4 X 4 HO 6-speed with 157K miles. Engine mods are listed on my signature and are about $10,000. I also have the following chassis mods- Weld Forged Wheels, Bush Whacker Flares, Rhino liner, tint, nerf bars, Tow mirrors, Ranch Hand type front & rear Bumpers, Steering stabilizer, Solid Steel Products track bar, AGR Super PS pump, AGR 16:1 steering box, Steering column bushing kit, Borgeson Steering Shaft, 2. 5" front leveling kit, Firestone Air bags on the rear, CD player, aftermarket steering stabilizer and shocks, Husky Bed Toolbox and I'm probably forgetting a bunch of stuff. My Chassis mods run about another $10,000. The truck runs great and has clean numbers on the oil analysis.

I was thinking $15K would be easy to get. What do your guys (and maybe a few gals) think. There may me an 08' 1 ton in my future to go along with my other 06' 3/4.

I think you will get $15K inside of 48 hours for that truck.

I also think I would like to buy those fender flares off of you if you would separate them from the truck. :)

The fender flares were about $300 from Four Wheel Parts. It's some expensive plastic. Putting the rubber trim on the flares is a pain.

Nice truck. If it were mine, I wouldn't be able to part with it, especially for a new overpriced smog bomb. One day there will be stepped up inspections and those that have removed their smog equipment will not be very happy having to replace it. And, you will probably lose about 3-4 mpg's right off the top. Just think of what you could do to yours to harden it up with just a portion of the money that it will cost to get into a new one. JMO.

Ditto on PRout. With the crappy fuel lieage some are getting with the 6. 7 I wouldn't sell it for a new one. Besides, you have the timeless look of suicide doors and bold styling from the 90's you just can't find anymore. She is a keeper... .

We finally have the major problems figuered out with the 2nd gens (fuel sys, VP44 (feeding, cooling), APPS, all kinds of injectors available, trannys, steering systems). No EGR, no DPF, decent mileage. Why start all over again with an 08?

I'm keeping my 02 until forever, it runs like a top, really well, not to mention the HUGE $$$ to get into an 08, almost like buying a house! I'd keep it.
