Stacking it or not??????

I am thinking about putting a single 5 inch turnout on the truck. I was wanting imput as to if I should or not and resaons why. Is it loud in the cab? Is it hard to get around (height). Where is the best place (cheapest) to buy the parts.

Much appriciated for all responses in advance.

i just put two 5 inch mitres on and love them. they are only about 5 inches above the cab at most. i dont think they are any louder myself. got them from iowa80.com

Stacks. :D Oo. Oo.

I started with miters. Got tired of the rain getting into them. So last year, I flat-topped them and put on rain caps. The caps started to drive me nuts with the rattling, so, this past week, I took them off and installed 14" tall turn outs. Like that much better. :D

i have mine coming up through the center of my bed, so i have 2 4" 90*s and some flex pipe. the flex pipe wouldnt flex enough to clear my drive shaft, so that why i have the 90*.

sorry no pics yet, i now there are some on here though. noise in the cab not bad at all under 75mph, after that it bellerin pretty good, not deafening though. i was doing 100mph chasing my girlfriends dad yesturday, it was sounding pretty good :-laf
