There have been some problems at the co-lo facility we are at today that has caused some outtages. I haven't discussed with them what the problem was yet as I thought it better to let them work on it. It affected the whole facility. I will be talking with them once they catch up on what happened and how it will be avoided in the future. Sorry for any inconvenience.

AHA! And here I thought you guys moved didn't tell me and changed the locks. :D I couldn't even get a 404 page or nothing it just hung and sat there. I thought sumpthin' was up at that point.

Here's the information from tech support:

Please be advised that between 11am to 1pm EST on July 31st, we had experienced a minor network problem with a customer aggregate router (Foundry BigIron). This only affected a handful of customers hanging off this particular network device and resulted in sporadic outages. Network technicians and Foundry engineers engaged and worked diligently to fix the

issue. The router is currently stable and all components of the network are functional.

We are awaiting a final response from Foundry on what happened to the network device, as all that we could tell this was a software bug that caused some corrupted configurations.

I had some minor problems today as well and have contacted them and they think they have it solved as of noon today. I will keep monitoring the situation. If the problem continues they will move us to a different router.
