Too much smoke?

Hello, im getting concerned about extreme smoke on the 04 in my sig. I recently had a problem with a bullydog downloader, it lost all my stock software. They sent me a new stock program and the truck runs great, but now i have heavy black smoke. They said its probably nothing to worry about but im not sure. No codes,skipping and the oil level stays good (no signs of fuel). The truck has an ez , boost fooler,an afe stage2 and fass pump, stock exhaust. Could it be a bad rail pressure relief valve?I know with the mods it will smoke some but its worse than my 12 valve. Maybe its the new software or could i have a big problem?Thanks in advance for any advice and help. Sorry for the long post.
